If you go in for a tasting, I guarantee you will fall in love with Chef Didier, Ruby, and the entire Pascaline team. Their passion for food and making your wedding day special shines through the delicious dishes and desserts they create. The short ribs, dessert bar, and late-night snacks were highlights of the night for many of our guests. (And special shout out to the serving staff – especially the server who was dedicated just to us during cocktail hour.) They really made our night extra special.
Delicious, beautiful food & flawless service
Food was our big splurge for our wedding, and the Pascaline team were totally up for the task. Chef Didier and the Pascaline team helped us put together an exciting and unusual menu, and the absolute star of the evening was the salmon coulibiac – which we didn’t have at our tasting, but put our trust in the Pascaline team’s recommendation and weren’t disappointed! We worked with Ruby on menus and coordination, and found her super responsive and helpful at every point. We got great compliments from our guests on the food, and particularly on the service, which was executed with great timing and panache for our formal evening. As the bride & groom, we felt extremely well attended to without being smothered and always had food, drink, or snack to hand when we needed them.

Fantastic!!! Pascaline Fine Catering catered the cocktail reception and 4 course dinner for our wedding in July 2022 at the Presidio Yacht Club in Marin. Chef Didier, Chef Celine, Event Coordinator Ruby and the entire Pascaline staff did an outstanding job. The appetizers and meal were divine — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The wedding cake and desserts were phenomenal and gorgeous. Our guests raved about the food and we are still getting compliments months later. The service was also outstanding — again, more compliments from the guests on how polite and professional the service staff was. The pre-wedding food tasting at Pascaline Cafe was also terrific and so much fun. We loved trying the various appetizer, entree, cake and dessert options — everything was wonderful and it was one of the best dining experiences of our lives. The whole experience working with Pascaline Fine Catering was everything we hoped for and more. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful and generous with their time. Chef Didier, Chef Celine, Ruby and the entire Pascaline staff truly made our special day remarkable and we are forever grateful.
My wife and I were on a mission to serve delicious food in a family style fashion for over 200 people for our wedding. This is obviously no easy task, we searched high and low and ultimately found Pascaline. Chef Didier, Ruby and the whole staff invited us to their cafe for sampling and the food was fantastic. We picked our menu items and even customized a few which raised no problems for Chef Didier and his staff. On the day of the wedding, using a portable kitchen Chef Didier and his staff served one of the most fantasic meals we have ever eaten and all of our guests were raving about the quality of the food and the exceptional service! If we had to do it all over again we would change nothing about the entire experience with Pascaline!

Chef Didier, Ruby and the entire Pascaline Staff were absolutely amazing to work with!! Throughout the entire planning process they were so helpful. Ruby was so diligent and organized with helping us plan our big day, she was very flexible with all my changes and dietary restrictions. The menu options that Chef Didier gave us was spectacular, you can’t go wrong with any of the options. The staff was professional, timely, and really made each one of our guests feel special and well taken care of. We have had MULTIPLE friends and family members rave about how delicious the food was on our wedding day, I highly recommend them for your catering needs! Best Wedding Food EVER!
Ruby, Chef Didier and Pascaline Staff were absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire planning experience they were great help. I, the bride, had a last minute cocktail change and Ruby pivoted quickly to my wants and needs. We did a pre-wedding tasting with all of our parents and it was the best culinary experience of our lives. We even got to meet Chef Didier himself!
All of this amazingness leading up to the day of our wedding and boy did the entire staff deliver! We had not one, but MULTIPLE guests come up to me and my husband individually to tell us how delicious the food was. The most common saying of the night was, “this is best wedding food I ever had!” If we had to do it all over again we would pick Pascaline again.

We asked for a quote and menu from Pascaline, and they immediately stood out as the best fit for us. The menu was really driven by the kinds of food we like and reflected us, something few other caterers managed. In the run-up to the wedding, the team was great, guided us through the options we would have for food and drinks, the tasting was fantastic, and the day was perfect. Pascaline diligently worked with our venue and planner to ensure they had all the rental equipment they needed and we had zero issues. All of our guests loved the food, and they were just fantastic from start to finish.
